Explore easy-to-follow dance routines that include slow, fluid movements and fast, funky ones. Whether you're here to boost your fitness, reduce stress, or just have a good time, this class offers something for everyone. No dance experience is needed, and modifications are available to support all abilities. Come as you are and leave with a smile!
