Join us for movement, music, laughter, and connection! Come together in this supportive, community-focused class where you will be invited to engage in chair-based movement and dance for wellbeing. You’ll be guided through simple, expressive movements that range from gentle, fluid motions to bigger, expansive gestures that awaken your body. Throughout the session, you’ll have opportunities to chat, laugh, and connect with others.
