The City of Encinitas is updating the Homeless Action Plan and wants to hear directly from local businesses and business leaders.

Your Voice Matters! Please attend the second of three in-person community workshops for the draft 2026–2031 Homeless Action Plan (HAP). While the workshop highlights input from businesses, we welcome all who wish to attend.

The meeting includes a brief overview of the draft plan and goals, followed by an opportunity to share meaningful input. Input from local businesses and business leaders is essential for understanding local needs, improving services, and shaping an effective, compassionate, community‐driven plan for Encinitas.

Review the draft Homeless Action Plan and submit comment cards in-person or to Dr. Crystal Pugh at cpugh@encinitasca.gov.
