DESCRIPTION:<p>The Stanton Street Duo is a contemporary tango ensemble comprised of chromatic harmonica and 7-string guitar. Since participating as finalists in the CAG Elmaleh Competition in NYC, the duo has performed throughout the USA and Mexico. Praised for their evocative performances and intense musical chemistry, the Stanton Street Duo attracts a diverse range of audiences. Their electrifying renditions of traditional and contemporary tango music make for dynamic and unique experiences that connect listeners to a reimagined setting of the style. Their pioneering approach has led to the creation of their own original works and newly commissioned pieces for this distinctive instrumental combination.<div dir="auto"></div><div dir="auto">Alan and Tatiana both studied Classical Guitar Performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
