MyEncinitas helps you quickly report issues in our community. Below are descriptions of each category and examples of what they include. Select the category that best matches your issue!

How to Use the App and Track your Request

2. Fill out the form with details about the problem.

4. To track your request, click on the link in your email and use the request number to track it's progress or click here.

Clean Water Program

• What it Covers: Issues related to water runoff, illegal dumping, or pollution affecting the environment.
• Examples:
  • Reporting water flowing onto sidewalks from a property.
  • Reporting someone dumping chemicals into a storm drain.

Code Requests

• What it Covers: Issues with private properties not complying with city codes.
• Examples:
  • Graffiti on private buildings.
  • Overgrown vegetation blocking sidewalks.

Engineering Requests

• What it Covers: Concerns about city construction, road conditions, or public works projects.
