Engineering Standards and Guidelines

The Engineering Design Manual provides guidance to the public and professionals in the submittal of required material to the Engineering Department for the processing of Engineering permits, grading plans, subdivision maps and parcel maps, drainage designs, sewer designs and water designs.

Engineering Design Manual

Revisions to the City's Engineering Design Manual were adopted by City Council in September 2025. The following sections have been updated and supersede prior versions:
