Required if 500sf or more of new and/or removed and replaced impervious surface is proposed. A permanent post construction structural BMP such as a bioretention basin or biofiltration basin shall be provided to collect and treat all runoff generated by the new and/or removed and replaced impervious surfaces prior to discharge from the site. Additionally, a landscape area may be designed and/or designated and utilized as a permanent post-construction BMP area.
