Encinitas has outstanding outdoor facilities for holding parties, celebrations and special ceremonies.  Permits are issued by the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department for a limited number of hours during facility operating hours.  Attendance capacity varies depending on the site requested.  For additional information, please see the Outdoor Facility Use Planning Guide, or contact the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department at 760-633-2740 or email prca@encinitasca.gov.
