Public Dance Permit Application

Required for any entity which conducts public dances.

Additional permits, such as an Entertainment Establishment Permit, may be required.

This permit type is only available as an online application using Customer Self Service (CSS).

Complete or gather the following forms and save to your computer or device. You will upload these items when you apply through CSS:

Application - License - ABC with Conditions - issued by California State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC)
Application - Background
Application Supplemental
Authorization to Release Information
Business Registration
License - Driver’s
Live Scan Form
Permit - County Health
Plans - Floor
Plans - Site Plan - Regulatory
Proof of Ownership or Permission from Owner
