Complete or gather the following forms and save to your computer or device. You will upload these items when you apply through CSS :

Application - Grant Deed
Application - Supplemental
Owner Authorization Affidavit
Business Registration - If applicant is a business. Can apply at end of submittal process.
Calculations - Building Square Footage
County Hazardous Materials Questionnaire (Commercial & Mixed Use only)
Form - Construction and Demolition Debris-Waste Management Plan
Form - Stormwater Intake Form and Standard SWQMP
Plans - Building (guidelines)
Tech Study - Geotechnical Report (if next to slope or if the addition is over 500 sq. ft.)
