Short Term Rental Permit Application

Required for any entity which rents a single-family home or duplex for 30 consecutive days or less.

This permit type is only available as an online application using Customer Self Service (CSS).

Complete or gather the following forms and save to your computer or device. You will upload these items when you apply through CSS:

Application Form
Proof of Ownership and/or Owner Permission
Site Plan - Rental (Sample Site/Floor Plan)
Floor Plan - Rental
Liability Insurance
Rental Information
Advertisement Information
Title 24 ADA Compliance Form (If the rental property has four or five bedrooms being rented and is occupied by the property owner as their residence).
