Temporary or Accessory Structure Permit Application

Complete or gather the following forms and save to your computer or device. You will upload these items when you apply through CSS:

Application - Grant Deed
Application - Supplemental
Owner Authorization Affidavit
Business Registration - If applicant is a business. Can apply at end of submittal process.
Calculations - Building Square Footage
Calculations - Building Square Footage (Bundled Permits) - Required for projects that have multiple permits.
County Hazardous Materials Questionnaire (Commercial & Mixed Use only)
Form - Construction and Demolition Debris-Waste Management Plan
Form - Stormwater Intake Form & Standard SWQMP
Plans - Building (guidelines)
Tech Study - Geotechnical Report (not required if a storage unit or garage) (if next to a slope or if the addition is over 500 sq. ft.; not required if a storage unit or garage)
Form - Energy Efficiency Compliance (CA State) (Energy Efficiency Document Determination guideline)
Form - Boundary Certification (if structure is within 5' of the property line)
