Program Registration

The Winter 2026 Activity Guide will be available to view online beginning Tuesday, November 25th. Program registration opens on Monday, December 1st at 8:00am.

Explore classes, camps, leagues, and more for everyone year-round, at the amazing Encinitas Community & Senior Center, Pacific View Art Center, and in our top-notch parks and on world class beaches.

Register online or in person at the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department office at City Hall (505 S. Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas), the Encinitas Community and Senior Center (1140 Oakcrest Park Drive, Encinitas), or the Pacific View Art Center (380 West F Street, Encinitas).
