The City of Encinitas will hold its 15th annual Arbor Day Celebration on Saturday, April 18, from 9 a.m. until noon at Hawk View Park. This celebration upholds the City’s standing as a Tree City USA and gives residents the opportunity to make a sustainable impact and contribution to Encinitas growing urban forestry.

Residents are invited to join the City in planting dozens of trees, enjoy family-friendly activities, and engage with educational booths. Tree planting volunteers will help plant a variety of native species that will increase biodiversity, increase shade, and provide a multitude of benefits to future generations visiting Hawk View Park.
