Large room rentals consist of the Library Community Room, Community Center Banquet Hall and Gymnasium. Room sizes vary from 4,000 to 8,000 Sq. Ft. and can host 170 to 400 people. These rooms are ideal for hosting receptions, tournaments, weddings, lunch-Ins, and large parties.

Manzanita Banquet Hall

The Banquet Hall seats 208 in banquet style and 300 in theatre style. The room features two walls of windows, four mounted monitors, a drop-down projector screen, a projector, and a sound system. A dance floor and additional items such as card tables, chairs, a stage, and podium are available for rent upon permit application.

A fully functioning kitchen is also available and may be used in conjunction with your event for a small fee. This room may be split into A/B half-size sections if a smaller area is desired. The Banquet Hall is perfect for community events, receptions, weddings, concerts, and large parties.

Library Community Room

Size 2000 Sq. Ft. Capacity: 170 (seated), 278 (standing)

The primary purpose of the Community Room is to provide a facility to conduct public library programming services and programs of cultural, academic, fine arts, and intellectual purpose. Whether you’re interested in hosting community meetings, concerts, or company seminars, the Library Community Room can accommodate your needs.

The Community Room comes equipped with a Steinway B grand piano, LED stage lighting, music stands, stools, chairs, rolling tables, a PA system with microphone inputs, microphones, stands, and a lavalier mic. The space also features a catering kitchen and a walk-out terrace with ocean views.

Gymnasium

Size 8250 Sq. Ft. 73' x 113' Capacity: 400 (theatre), 1727 (standing)

The 8250 Sq. Ft. gymnasium features six adjustable goals, two electronic scoreboards, pull-out bleachers, storage cubbies, a stage, and a ping-pong room. The room can accommodate up to 400 people seated and 1727 standing. The space is also available to be rented in half-size A/B portions if a smaller area is desired.

The Gym is ideal for athletic tournaments and special events.
