Small room rentals consist of the Community Center’s room 116-Conference Room, 140-Arts & Crafts Room, 136-Eucalyptus Room, and our Library’s Information Literacy Lab. The maximum capacity of these rooms ranges from 15 to 35 people. These smaller rooms ranging from 315 to 522 Sq. Ft. are primarily used for interviews, small gatherings, intimate classes, and one-on-one instruction. Small Room Rental

At 315 Sq. Ft., Conference Room 116 is the most intimate-sized meeting room available in the Community Center. The room features a cable TV, upright piano, and fold-out whiteboard. Given its small size, this room is ideal for meetings, interviews, intimate classes, and one-on-one instruction.

Our 520 Sq. Ft. Arts & Crafts Room is the perfect space for you to start hosting classes, small parties, and lessons. The room features two sinks, windows, and the option to utilize the center's tables, chairs, display boards, etc., for your needs. This room can be converted to half-sized A/B sides if you’d prefer a smaller area. Often, this room is used for instructional classes, meetings, and group music lessons.

Room 136 in the Encinitas Senior and Community Center features a pull-down projector screen and windows. A variety of equipment, including projectors, tables, chairs, and easels, may also be rented out upon permit request. This room is ideal for teaching small classes, hosting trainings, and conducting meetings.

Information Literacy Lab (Encinitas Library)

The primary purpose of the Information Literacy Lab is to provide a classroom-type facility to conduct instructional activities, learning support, and research skills. The room features a projector, drop-down projector screen, whiteboard, and movable curtains. The room is ideal for teaching small classes and hosting trainings or meetings.
