These Cost Calculators are intended to assist restaurant owners in assessing the cost impact (savings or additional cost) associated with switching to reusable or compostable service ware, and right-sizing collection service to adequately manage the organics, recyclables, and waste quantities that are specific to a given restaurant. Please note these calculators are intended as an approximation tool and not as a means of precisely quantifying a given restaurant's changes. Please read the "Start Here" User Guide on the first tab of the calculator for instructions on how to use the tool, as well as data assumptions and limitations. The calculators are currently available as a downloadable spreadsheet but will soon be available in a fillable web form as well.
