 CUSTOMER SELF SERVICE PORTAL NOW UTILITY ACCESS PORTAL

We have updated our Customer Self Service Portal to the Utility Access Portal. With the update, customers can:

• quick pay as a guest without creating an online account;
• pay bills from any device any time;
• view real-time account balances;
• view prior consumption data for comparison purposes;
• access payment histories, bill due dates, and deposits on file;
• request service or change account information; and
• update auto pay at any time.
