2027 NCWA CALENDAR CONTEST WINNERS ANNOUNCED 
The San Dieguito Water District representatives for the 2027 North County Water Agencies Water Awareness Calendar Contest have been selected. Summer Chan, Harlow Hoeck, and Emalani Shen were recognized at the May board of directors meeting, receiving their prizes from President Jim O'Hara. Winner Summer Chan's artwork goes on to compete against other district winners for the 2027 calendar cover. All three posters will appear in the calendar.
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT AND SANTA FE IRRIGATION DISTRICT COMPLETE R.E. BADGER CLEARWELL SOLAR PROJECT
The Santa Fe Irrigation District (SFID) and San Dieguito Water District (SDWD) celebrated the successful completion of the R.E. Badger Clearwell Solar Project, marking a significant milestone in the joint facility owners’ ongoing commitment to sustainability, operational efficiency, and responsible stewardship of ratepayer finances. CUSTOMER SELF SERVICE PORTAL NOW UTILITY ACCESS PORTAL
We have updated our Customer Self Service Portal to the Utility Access Portal. With the update, customers can:
- quick pay as a guest without creating an online account;
- pay bills from any device any time;
- view real-time account balances;
- view prior consumption data for comparison purposes;
- access payment histories, bill due dates, and deposits on file;
- request service or change account information; and
- update auto pay at any time.
