If you wish to provide comments regarding an agenda item, please submit your comments by email to the City Clerk at: cityclerk@encinitasca.gov
All agenda item comments received by email will be provided to the Mayor and City Council Members and will be included in the meeting record.

Emails submitted for agenda items are public records under the California Public Records Act and are subject to public disclosure.
Submitting an email does not register you to speak at a City Council meeting. If you would like to speak at a City Council meeting, a Request to Speak Slip must be completed and submitted to the City Clerk at the beginning of the meeting. Request to Speak Slips are available in the City Council Chambers.
